Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how AdGenie collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the AdGenie workspace.
Information we collect
We collect account details that you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, and business information. We also collect product activity, campaign settings, connected account identifiers, Google Ads campaign identifiers and limited campaign or account metadata, performance metrics, report outputs, and diagnostic information needed to operate and secure the service.
Google user data
When you connect Google Ads, AdGenie requests the Google Ads permission shown on Google’s consent screen (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords). We use it to list the Google Ads customer accounts accessible to you, connect the customer account you select, create, manage, pause, or remove campaigns when you request those actions, and retrieve campaign performance data for dashboards and reports. We store the OAuth refresh token in encrypted form and do not send that token to n8n or AI providers. When you request an AI performance report, AdGenie sends the selected Google Ads customer ID and campaign ID, together with the context needed to identify and analyze the campaign, such as campaign name, type, status, budget, currency, your AdGenie account email and country, and related campaign brief or audience data where available, to our n8n reporting workflow. n8n and any AI or model providers configured in that workflow process this information only to return the requested report and under confidentiality and data-protection obligations. Google user data is not sold, used to serve advertising outside AdGenie, or used to train general-purpose AI models.
How we use information
We use information to provide account access, connect advertising and social platforms, create and manage campaigns and posts, generate requested reports, provide support, prevent abuse, secure the service, and improve reliability.
When information is shared
We share information only when needed to provide a requested integration or service, comply with law, protect the service and its users, or complete a business transfer. For requested Google Ads reports, this may include sharing the limited campaign and account context described above with Google, our n8n reporting workflow, and AI or model providers configured to return that report. These providers may process the information only to provide the requested, visible AdGenie feature and must protect it under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations. We do not sell personal information or Google user data, use it for advertising outside AdGenie, or use it to train general-purpose AI models.
Retention and deletion
We retain information while your account or a requested feature is active and for the period needed for security, legal, accounting, dispute-resolution, and reliability purposes. This can include the encrypted Google OAuth refresh token, selected customer and campaign identifiers, campaign records, performance metrics, and requested report outputs. Workflow and provider logs are retained only for the limited period needed to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the requested feature. Disconnecting Google Ads removes the stored AdGenie connection and refresh token; to revoke Google’s authorization completely, also remove AdGenie from your Google Account permissions. You can request account or data deletion by contacting us.
Security
We use access controls, HTTPS, encrypted OAuth credential storage, restricted service-to-service authentication, and reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. Access to Google Ads data is limited to the connected user’s requested features. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can review or update account information, disconnect connected platforms, revoke Google authorization from your Google Account permissions, and request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable law.
