Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of the AdGenie workspace and connected advertising and social-publishing features.
Using AdGenie
You may use AdGenie only for lawful business and marketing activities and in accordance with the policies of Google, Meta, and any other connected platform. You are responsible for reviewing campaigns and posts before publishing them.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, protecting your credentials, and all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Connected services
When you connect Google Ads, Meta, Facebook, Instagram, or another service, you authorize AdGenie to perform the actions you request within the permissions granted by that service. For Google Ads, this includes using the Google Ads API permission shown during authorization to list accessible accounts, manage campaigns, and retrieve performance data for dashboards and reports. When you request an AI performance report, you authorize AdGenie to send the limited campaign and account context needed for that report to its n8n reporting workflow and any AI or model providers configured in that workflow. That processing is limited to providing the requested AdGenie feature; Google Ads data is not sold, used for advertising outside AdGenie, or used to train general-purpose AI models. You can revoke access through the connected platform or disconnect it in AdGenie.
Acceptable use
Do not use AdGenie to violate law, platform policies, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, or the rights of others; to distribute harmful code; to bypass security or usage limits; or to use connected-platform data for a purpose not authorized by the platform or disclosed to the user.
Content and ownership
You retain ownership of content, campaign material, and connected-account data that you provide or authorize AdGenie to access. You give AdGenie and the service providers it uses the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, and return that material solely to deliver the features you request.
Availability and changes
Features may change, and connected platforms may restrict or change their APIs. We may suspend access when necessary for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or maintenance.
